I've applied on my shoulders and abdomen are it feels really comfortable.

I knocked my knucles onto a marble wall during travel. An immediate swell popped up coupled with pain. Thankfully I remembered having this product in my bag. Within 1 hr of applying on the swell, it subsided in size & few hrs later no more swell. The healing process was also fast.
