1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within [1-3 business days] after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays or sale periods.

2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

  • Couriers Used: NinjaVan, J&T Express, or other local courier services.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 2-5 business days after processing. Delays due to courier issues or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

3. International Shipping

  • Couriers Used: Just Ship, DHL, FedEx, or other reliable carriers.
  • Delivery Time: Varies by destination (typically 5-21 business days).
  • Worldwide Coverage: We ship to most countries. If your country is unavailable at checkout, contact us to inquire.
  • Customs & Taxes:
    • Buyers are fully responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and fees imposed by their country.
    • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
    • Refunds will not be issued for orders abandoned or rejected due to unpaid fees.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
  • Free shipping in Singapore for orders over SGD 80.

5. Tracking & Lost Packages

  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
  • If your package is marked "delivered" but not received, contact the carrier first. We’ll assist where possible but are not liable for carrier errors.

6. Returns & Damaged Items

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund eligible claims.
  • Returns: Initiate returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping unless the error is ours.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
  • Packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation.
  • Any taxes, duties, or fees incurred by the buyer.

8. Taxes & Customs Disclaimer

  • We do not collect, manage, or refund taxes, duties, or VAT for international orders.
  • Check your country’s import regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected fees.
