1. Nutritional Beverages: All beverage products comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines.
2. Lotions & Cosmetic Products: All topical products comply with Health Sciences Authority (HSA) Cosmetic Products Notification Scheme and relevant ASEAN Cosmetic Directives.
3. We do not make medical claims beyond those permitted by applicable laws. Our products are for general wellness and personal care only.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure product details, images, and prices are accurate. However:

1. Product packaging, colours, and appearance may vary from images due to manufacturing changes or screen settings.
2. Ingredients and allergen information are provided on product labels and/or product pages. It is your responsibility to review them before purchase.
3. Individuals with allergies, sensitivities, or specific medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before using any product.
4. For lotions and topical products: Always perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4. Orders & Payments

1. Prices are displayed in various currencies depending on your location and may be converted at checkout. Currency conversion rates are determined by our payment processors and may vary.
2. All payments must be made through our approved payment methods, and orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
3. Any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees for overseas deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to individual terms and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. We offer both domestic (Singapore) and international shipping.
2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including customs clearance delays for overseas orders.
3. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
4. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
5. Perishable items (e.g., refrigerated beverages) must be stored promptly upon delivery; we are not liable for spoilage caused by improper storage.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once goods have been delivered. Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

1. The wrong product was delivered, or
2. The product was damaged during delivery and reported to us within 24 hours with photographic proof.

We reserve the right to request that the damaged/wrong item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

For approved returns, Ratusan Singapore will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label. Customers will not bear the cost for approved returns.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.

1. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
2. Results may vary depending on the individual.
